In an effort to provide the Sweetwater community information related to its Community Facilities Districts (CFDs), also known as Mello-Roos Districts, we have created a general information section to provide regular updates to the community. Items found in this section are intended to give direction to the community on where information can be accessed. Additions and revisions to this section will occur regularly based on new information becoming available.

Announcements

The Board of Trustees will be provided with a presentation on the Special Tax Levy for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for the Community Facilities Districts and will consider the adoption of the resolution which establishes the Special Tax Levy, at the July 21, 2025 meeting.
